This book was impossible to get through. The author apparently thought she was writing The Great American Novel, and was so ridiculously over-written that i could not get through the book. For example "The low, thunderous rumbling that emanates from the dogs thorax region..." Um...just say "growling". The entire book was like that, to the point where all it did was aggravate to the point where I just put it down. There may very well be some good info in there, but you have to dig through the wanna-be Shakespeare to find it. I'd recommend "Multiple Dog Household: A Guide to Training and Problem Solving". I learned from that book what I hoped to learn from this one. Save your money folks.
